SPA ETIQUETTE & POLICY

At Blushes, we pride ourselves by offering the best possible care for our guests. Please take a moment to review our company spa and guest etiquette below.


Booking Appointments

To book an appointment, please call us at 314-277-9530/816-929-9459 or schedule your appointment online. These policies were adopted to ensure that the staffs time, the spa and its efforts be respected, as well as your scheduled service be a stress-free and relaxing experience. Any minor will need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian on the day of the appointment. 


Arrival Time

Please arrive to your appointment at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.  This will give you time to complete any waivers or forms prior to your service. All services offered have a specific time schedule, and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. Kindly head straight to Suite 116.


Cancellations

In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we do require at least 24 hours notice so that we may accommodate the needs of other guests. We understand that emergency situations arise and we will try to accommodate you in any way we can.


Payment Information

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Visa, Cash, Debit and Blushes Gift Cards. We do not accept personal checks.


Punctuality

We respectfully request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  All appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. If the treatment does not start on time, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly, and you will still be required to pay full price. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled, and it will be considered a cancellation. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointment time. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with advanced notification of late arrival.


Promotions

All Blushes promotions/special pricing cannot be combined OR used with other Blushes promotional offers. Price adjustments will not be made on previous purchases or services. You must present promotions/special pricing at time of check in for your service.


Gift Cards

  • Must present Gift Card at time of check in
  • Gift Cards are valid for products or services from Blushes and are not redeemable for cash
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned
  • Blushes is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards
  • Gift Cards have no implied warranties and is not a credit or debit card
  • Other restrictions may apply


Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of the service but are gladly accepted. Leaving gratuity is always left to the discretion of our guests. It is common practice to leave gratuity when the professional has performed a service to the guest’s satisfaction. Customary gratuity in day spas is 15-25% of the full value of the treatment or more if your experience was extraordinary. Tips maybe paid with cash, debit or credit card. 


Child Policy

Children under the age of 18 who are receiving facial or massage services will need a parent’s signature on the Massage or Facial intake forms.  For safety and courtesy purposes, children of all ages not receiving services may not be left unattended inside or outside the spa during your treatment. If you do have an infant or a young one, please make prior arrangements before visiting us.


Pet Policy

No animals are allowed in the spa unless the assistance of a service animal is required.


Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, there are no refunds, or exchanges on services, packages, gift cards, or purchased products at any time. Please see the owner if you are unsatisfied with any service received so that we may attempt to remedy the situation to the best of our ability.


Feedback

Give your therapist feedback as to your comfort and special trouble areas. We are here to make this the most relaxing and beneficial treatment for you.


Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere.

Prices and services are subject to change at any time.
